<h1>SOON ANG, PhD</h1><br><big><big> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR<br><br><br><br> A recognized world authority in global leadership, outsourcing and cultural intelligence, Soon Ang has co-authored two pioneering books on cultural intelligence and co-edited the Handbook of Cultural Intelligence. Her ideas on cultural intelligence have been described as the most cogent, well-researched and comprehensive. She has recently created and validated multi-media situational judgment tests for assessing and developing cultural intelligence. She teaches doctoral level courses in international organizational behavior. She has published in Academy of Management Journal, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, MIS Quarterly, and others. She is Senior Editor of MIS Quarterly, Associate Editor of Decision Sciences, and Cross-Cultural Management, consulting editor of Management and Organization Research (MOR), and is on editorial boards of Organization Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and others. Soon Ang is principal investigator of a multi-year project on coaching/leadership systems for the Singapore Armed Forces.  She consults extensively on leadership systems, talent management, outsourcing, and cross-cultural management for major local corporations, and MNCs.</big></big>

<h2>KOK YEE NG, PhD</h2><br> DIRECTOR, RESEARCH<br><br><br><br>Kok-Yee Ng is Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the Division of Strategy, Management & Organization at the Nanyang Business School (NBS), Nanyang Technological University. Yee received her Ph.D in Organizational Behavior (minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology) from Michigan State University. Her primary research interests are in cultural intelligence, global leadership, and teams. To date, she has published in top management journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, and Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes. She is the Associate Editor of the Group and Organization Management and the Journal of Trust Research. She teaches cultural intelligence in NBS, and conducts workshops for multinational organizations. She is currently co-leading a team of research investigators on a multi-year leadership project for the Singapore Armed Forces.

<h2>CHRISTINE KOH, PhD</h2><br> DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY<br><br><br><br>Christine Koh (Ph.D. Nanyang Technological University) is Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University. Her research interests include cultural intelligence, cross-cultural issues in managing foreign talent, and outsourcing management. Her papers have been published in top journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Group and Organization Management, Management and Organization Review, Information Systems Research and MIS Quarterly.

<h2>THOMAS ROCKSTUHL, PhD</h2><br> DIRECTOR, PSYCHOMETRICS<br><br><br><br>Thomas Rockstuhl received his PhD from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. A scholar from Germany’s most prestigious gifted-students program (“Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes”), he also holds a double-Masters in Clinical and I/O Psychology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. His research focuses on both generalizability of theories across cultural contexts, and on assessing the dynamic capabilities of individuals, teams and organizations to function effectively in intercultural contexts.
    
      To date, Rockstuhl has published widely. One of his papers – 'Leader-member exchange (LMX) and culture: A meta-analysis of correlates across 23 countries' – appeared as the lead article in a recent issue of Journal of Applied Psychology. Another paper on expatriation and networks was selected as one of best papers at the Academy of Management Meetings.  His other papers have appeared in other OB and psychology journals including Applied Psychology: An International Review; Journal of Organizational Behavior; Journal of Social Issues; International Journal of Intercultural Relations; NeuroLeadership; etc.

<h2>HUI TENG HOO</h2><br> DIRECTOR, ACCREDITATION/ASSURANCE OF LEARNING<br><br><br><br>Hui-Teng Hoo (MBA, University of Western Australia; Postgraduate Diploma in Education, National Institute of Education; Bachelor of Arts, National University of Singapore) is Director of Accreditation at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.  She leads the Business School’s Assurance of Learning (AOL) innovation which looks into pedagogies, assessments and feedback for effectual teaching and learning. In 2009, the AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) awarded the School with a World-wide Best Practice AOL recognition for the design and implementation.
 
Ms. Hoo teaches the University Liberal Studies course, “Cultural Intelligence: How to be an Explorer of the World” to local and exchange students from more than ten nations each semester. She is currently working on her doctorate in education at the Institute of Education, University of London (UK) and National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

<h2>CATHERINE WU, PhD</h2><br> DIRECTOR, PROGRAMS<br><br><br><br>Catherine Wu received her Master's degree in management from KEDGE Business School, France. She also studied at Aston University in Birmingham, UK. She is currently a Ph.D candidate with the Center for Leadership + Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Technological University. Catherine is French and has lived and worked in Asia for more than 10 years. 

As a corporate trainer and talent development consultant, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, universities and government bodies to design and implement leadership development programs in Asia. Her clients include SAP, ConocoPhillips, Orange, DHL, Volkswagen, Aramark, Gemalto, Nokia, Lining, Novonordisk, Adamas, Oracle, KEDGE-Shanghai Jiaotong University MBA and the British Embassy in Beijing.

Catherine also held various positions in human resource management in France with the Genoyer Group and Auchan, in small and medium size enterprises in China and in non-profit organization in Singapore. 

Catherine has extensive experience delivering courses to business students.
She has taught courses on cultural intelligence at the Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore which awarded her the Commendable Graduate Student Teaching award in 2014. 
She also taught courses on personal development at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China and at La Rochelle Business School in France.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys looking after her family and volunteering as a trainer and mentor for Aidha, a non-profit organization that provides financial education to migrant workers in Singapore.

<h2>ELEANOR WONG, LLM</h2><br> CULTURAL DRAMATURG<br><br><br><br>Eleanor Wong is a lawyer, educator and playwright. 

In the legal sphere, Eleanor started out as a DPP with the Commercial Affairs Department where she was involved in landmark cases such as the Pan El prosecutions. She then worked in several international law firms specialising in matters ranging from international commercial arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, syndicated lending, project finance, securitization and financial sector restructuring. Her practice took her from New York to Beijing, Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and, of course, Singapore.

Eleanor joined the National University of Singapore's Law Faculty in 2002 to set up its Legal Skills Programme. In that capacity, she has pioneered pedagogical design and methodology for the learning of legal skills. 

Eleanor is also an acclaimed playwright and a sometime poet. She is best known for her trilogy, Invitation to Treat, as well as her political satire, The Campaign to Confer the Public Service Star on JBJ.

<h2>ALFRED PRESBITERO, PhD</h2><br> SENIOR RESEARCH SCIENTIST<br><br><br><br>Alfred Presbitero received his PhD in Business Management at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, his MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University and his BA in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas (cum laude) in the Philippines where he was also a recipient of the Japan Scholarship Fund for Asian Youth. 
He does research on cultural intelligence in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. He regularly presents his research papers in the international conferences of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He also teaches undergraduate courses and runs workshops on cultural intelligence. He worked as an HR consultant in the Philippines and in Australia and continues to assist organizations in terms of assessment and development of cultural intelligence.

<h2>MEI LING TAN</h2><br> SENIOR RESEARCH SCIENTIST<br><br><br><br>Mei Ling Tan received her PhD from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her current research interests include attributions, cultural intelligence, and the integration of diverse workforces. She has published on the topics of cultural intelligence, global culture capital, psychological contracts, and professional obsolescence. She has presented her work at international conferences including the Academy of Management meetings, the American Psychological Association Convention, and the International Association of Chinese Management Research Conference.

<h2>VANESSA BARROS JONES, PhD</h2><br> RESEARCH SCIENTIST<br><br><br><br>Vanessa Barros Jones received her PhD from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has worked in advertising for over 15 years.
She handled local, regional and global accounts for Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann-Erickson, Euro RSCG/HAVAS, BETC and Ogilvy, working for prestigious clients including Nina Ricci, Procter & Gamble, Delta Airlines, Nestle, The Coca Cola Company, Lolita Lempicka, Jonhson & Jonhson, Reckitt Benckiser, Peugeot, AkzoNobel, Kraft and Unilever.
She has worked on four continents (North America, South America, Europe and Asia), speaks 4 languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) and has gained solid experience in multi-cultural team leadership, brand and business development.

She manages the entire operations of the Center and serves as Executive PA to the Executive Director. She graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Business Admin.

<h2>KAI CHUEN MOK</h2><br> RESEARCH ASSOCIATE<br><br><br><br>Kai Chuen received his Bachelor of Psychological Science (Class IIA Honours) from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He currently manages surveys for Cultural Intelligence courses as well as for NBS Accreditation purposes, including creating and distributing surveys, collating data for analyses and generating individualized reports for students. He currently also assists with the center's ongoing leadership research projects.
